Way of airplane？
It is often thought that airplanes are flying freely in the sky, but in the sky, the road called "air route" is like a net. The airplane is using this "air route" to its destination.
The design of fly safely the road from each airport to the airway is flight procedure design. The designed flight path will be announced to the AIP, detailing the safest altitude, turning point, height, speed, etc., by the CAB.
Safety assessment of air routes？
We will ensure the safety of the flight when the aircraft passes over the air route such as buildings around the airport, fireworks, crane work, UAV (drone) flight, etc. and check in advance whether it will affect the flight.
Protects airports around the country so that airplanes do not collide with obstacles.
Temporary change of air route？
In the safety assessment, if it is determined that the flight will be affected, NOTAM will notify you of the change.
NOTAM is a kind of aviation information, and it is information about settings, status, changes, etc. related to aviation facilities, operations, methods and dangers.
NOTAM aims to inform airlines and pilots of the above information, and the content of that information is mainly temporary and short-term. Permanent changes can be found in the AIP Amendments and long-term information can be found in the AIP Supplements.
Because traffic signs, such as one-way traffic and route guidance, cannot be placed on airways, the Japanese CAB provides operators around the world who fly in Japan with operational information essential for safe operation.
AIP (Aviation Information Publishing), which contains permanent information required for aircraft operation, is issued by CAB.

Engineers who design air routes are called "flight procedure designer".
To become a "flight procedure designer", either:
・ Take a curriculum at a company designated by ICAO.
・ Take initial training for "flight procedure designer" conducted by CAB.
We provide basic education service of "flight procedure designer" so that you can understand ICAO and CAB lectures.
When flying an unmanned aerial vehicle or setting up a building near the airport, the CAB is required to apply for documents to check whether it will protrude above the restricted surface.
Regarding horizontal surface, conical surface and outer horizontal surface, depending on the application, it is possible to install a temporary object etc. on the restricted surface.
The safety evaluation of obstacles around the airport has been requested by CAB, and the "flight procedure designer" performs the safety evaluation. Applications submitted to CAB have been safety-rated by our aviation division.
