NOTAM aims to inform airlines and pilots of the above information, and the content of that information is mainly temporary and short-term. Permanent changes can be found in the AIP Amendments and long-term information can be found in the AIP Supplements.

Engineers who design air routes are called "flight procedure designer".
To become a "flight procedure designer", either:
・ Take a curriculum at a company designated by ICAO.
・ Take initial training for "flight procedure designer" conducted by CAB.
We provide basic education service of "flight procedure designer" so that you can understand ICAO and CAB lectures.
When flying an unmanned aerial vehicle or setting up a building near the airport, the CAB is required to apply for documents to check whether it will protrude above the restricted surface.
Regarding horizontal surface, conical surface and outer horizontal surface, depending on the application, it is possible to install a temporary object etc. on the restricted surface.
